Woke up in the middle of the night last night choking, unable to breath, with acid in my throat. A horrible instance of acid reflux.

I did have a can of San Pellegrino sparkling water - the kind with some fruit juice added in. I think that may have been the culprit.

Just before I went to bed, it began raining - pretty hard - for exactly, and I mean exactly two minutes. That was the storm of the century these nitwits have been promising. I can't say it's a sunny day out, but the sun was peeking out and it sure doesn't look like rain and today and tomorrow were supposed to be the panic days.
