Bruce Springsteen tickets went on sale today for his local tour stop and I managed to get us a pair of nosebleed seats in the upper deck. But I've been in similar seats before for him and it's always been joyous.

Now that the weather has cleared I can see snow on Mt. Hamilton and Mt. Diablo. We see snow on Mt. Hamilton nearly every winter, but Mt. Diablo is lower so less common. Lower still are the mountains on the other side of the valley, and there's no snow there that I can see.

I’m exhausted. Work today was heavy.

We had our largest turnout: 650+ voters.

After work, I went to my friend Ping’s house. Her brother made an excellent dinner than included a broccoli-garlic salad that was over-the-top good.

I have just started First Love, a Cinderella variation with Deanna Durbin and Robert Stack.

The screenplay is actually pretty good. Cinderella’s help comes from the staff of the mansion Durbin moves into as the orphaned niece of a wealthy family.
