Well, you've read the notes, the notes were both discombobulated and fishy, and now it is time for you to post until the discombobulated cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: FORTUNATE!

Good morning.

Good morning, all!
-
Good morning, all.
-
Good morning, all.
Site is barely moving for me and I've got a huge day ahead, so ... back later!
-
Full day ahead.
-
Congrats to DR GEORGE on his new millstone.
-
I hope DR JANE is feeling better today.
-
Yes I did agree with the scores for the most part.
Amber Glenn is her own worst enemy and I hope she can get it together for her routines next week.
And for the team competition - one guy from Japan did the short program and a different guy did the free skate. I had never seen that before.
-
It is 28 degrees with a feels like of 26 degrees....and a high of 38 degrees by 4 p.m.
-
DR GEORGE I didn't watch any of the Super Bowl......I did read the results and I am glad the Seahawks won!
-
I don't think I've ever seen THREE accidents in one trip there and back anywhere.
-
Interesting question in the notes.
I don't know from fish....except Long John Silver and the filets you buy - I think they are mostly cod.
My mom now and then made salmon patties - but I didn't like them much.

Is Long John Silver similar to Arthur Treacher?
-
George, thanks for the congrats last night.
-
DR George, thank you for the throat vibes.
-
Since I didn't watch it, Rodzinski thank you for commenting on the Bad Bunny halftime show.
-
DR Singdaw thank you for the healing vibes.
-
DR George I am glad you made it home safely last night. Did you ever get a break from the rain?

I love The Wiz. Hope you’re enjoying it, George.
I did, except for the head right in front of me that blocked most of center stage. ::)
Darn!
-
Being short, that happens to me way too often.
-
From George,
And all three accidents were in Washington. I don't know if that means anything, though. ::)
Most of your driving was in Washington ;)
I was worried about you with the weather so bad.

DITTO!
-
I wasn’t able to post earlier.
-
There was a Facebook post saying Rita Moreno demanded changes to West Side Story lyrics she felt were derogatory about Puerto Rico. Anybody know anything about that?
-
No lesson plans for the classes today.
-
One more

Two!

I hope DR JANE is feeling better today.
Thank you. My throat is better, still not sure if I have a cold or allergies.
-

This team thing is strange.
-
I couldn't get in here for awhile to post.
-
I m going to the gym. I'll wear a mask to protect others if I have a cold, and to protect me if it is allergies. It feels more like a cold.
-
I'm up, I'm up - eight hours of sleep.
-
Rita Moreno could not have DEMANDED changes to any lyrics - she might have asked but if Mr. Sondheim did not care to make them himself, they would have remained as they are. Did Ms. Moreno forget what era the film (and show) took place in?
-
Site seems to be okay today - everything has loaded very quickly.
-
I had the alarm set for eleven, but then a spam call happened and I just got up.
-
Thank goodness for eight hours, though.
-
And today sure does not feel like a Monday to me.
-
It sure doesn't. Odd day. Earlier, I almost thought it was still the weekend.
-
Anyhoo, I just completed my first read-through of THE NEW BOOK - which is delightful, and which incorporates a slight change of pace from certain other books. And now you know everything!
Don't have my copy yet, so perhaps a call to PayPal is in order?
-
Yes DR FREDDIE I would guess very similar.
-
Maybe I will air fry my fish filets today for lunch and dinner.
-
I will check to see what fishies are included in the mix.
-
Tilapia is a fish that can live in brackish water. I learned this from Paul Winchell, who was an early champion.
Tilapia can thrive in like, a barrel. So they are easier and more profitable fish to farm. That’s why they are everywhere now. The downside is, I think they are lacking some nutritional elements you get from other fish. Omega-3s, etc.
That’s my memory of things.
-
Posting has not been quick for me.
-
My filets claim to be pollock!
-
Pollock is a highly sustainable, nutritious, and versatile white fish from the cod family, primarily sourced as Wild Alaska Pollock in the North Pacific. Caught using mid-water trawl gear, this mercury-safe fish is used for fillets, fish sticks, and surimi (imitation crab). It is a smart seafood choice, often considered one of the largest sustainable fisheries in the U.S..
Or so says AI.
-
I like DR RODZINSKI's talapia story better.
-
Have begun entering fixes and am noting ones that I want to discuss with Muse Margaret. Phoner should be in fifteen minutes.
-
Doris Day - certainly worth a phone conversation.
I'm interested to know what ELSE can be added to her story.
-
Rhythm Dance live now on NBC....Ms Chock & Master Bates have yet to skate.
-
Congrats to DR GEORGE on his new millstone.
Thanks, Jrand!
-
DR GEORGE I didn't watch any of the Super Bowl......I did read the results and I am glad the Seahawks won!
Ah. I know a few people who are happy at the results, too. ;)
-
George, thanks for the congrats last night.
DR George, thank you for the throat vibes.
You re welcome, and you're welcome, Jane. :)
-
DR George I am glad you made it home safely last night. Did you ever get a break from the rain?
It rained off and on, so while we were in Portland, we never had to get out our umbrellas.
-
Good afternoon!

Yay, I'm finally back it. It either said I timed out or that the site wasn't secure.

Ditto on that.

I've been rushing through the posts concerned I would get kicked out again.
-
I was locked out again.
-
You know who had good Doris Day stories? Bernie Kopell. Not so good that I remember them, but he was close to her. I’d have to check my tapes.
-
DR GEORGE what was your favorite part of the show?
-
Well Chock/Bates in second place.....I didn't like their song much....or the version of the song they used.
Hopefully they can come back in the long program.
-
Men's short program tomorrow starting at 1:15 p.m.
Not sure if it's network or Peacock.
-

Thanks for the report. I hope their long program is better.
-
Fingers crossed DR JANE.
-
I don't care how many times they show that commercial, I cannot believe that Tara Lapinski shops at TJ MAXX.

Barely any rain on the way back north at all.

LOL I can believe it. I had to look at the commercial. She doesn't how many great items she finds there.

I wasn't looking out the window in the evening and didn't take notice of the rain, or if it had stopped.

Keith got Wordle in three.

Thank you.

Oops, I didn't notice.

I've just been entering fixes and having telephonic conversations all day. Finished entering fixes - there were a few to run by Muse Margaret and we've done all but six of those. Fun!
-
I just got back in as once again I couldn't access our site. At first I thought you meant fixes to HHW.

Great to hear about your progress, BK!
-
I’m exhausted.
-
Great dinner tonight. They had trout on the menu.
-
I had oysters and a double patty cheeseburger with a fried egg and bacon on top.
-
Dessert was a chocolate buttermilk cake.
-
And now I must get to bed. Tomorrow is another long day.
-
Good night, all.
-
Well, that was unpleasant. :o
-
Just a touch of some gastrointestinal distress. ::)
-
Hopefully, no more...but it was definitely NOT food poisoning!
-
That would have had a more disastrous effect!
-
Gratuitous Post #111!!
-
I guess they've been updating WordPress because I now have some form that I've never seen before and have no idea if it works with the way I'm used to. Guess will find out in one minute.
-
Would've been nice to have a warning.
-
Okay, they had to revert to the old way, but new notes are up.
-
Up are new notes.
-
I've seen them.
-
I've read them.
-
I wrote them.
-
Page FOUR.
-
I had a little deal with myself that if we EVER went below page five I would shut things down and just leave the blog. I would hate to do that, given the amount of dough this crap we're going through is going to cost - I'm not doing it for ME, folks, I'm doing it to keep this board alive and well. So, if you think you're helping by being frustrated with the issues, which will be fixed this week I'm told, you're not helping anything. I have had zero trouble getting on the site today at any time.
-
Page five.
-
But please take me seriously - post as you always do and let's not drop below page five ever again.
-
I'll try. :-\
-
Let's keep the postings coming because I feel that soon we will be the most popular site on all the Internet.
-
On all the Internet!
-
That's a good bet.
-
Best bet I ever met.
-
Won't even get you in debt.
-
So, ready, set...
-
Come on, my pet.
-
Stet.
-
Let's get wet.
-
And get a song from Bette.
-
My name is not Chet.
-
Don't fret.
-
Let's fly by jet.
