Well, you've read the notes, the notes were at the Oasis, and now it is time for you to post until the midnight cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: WAGGISH!
-
Good morning, all!
-
I slept well. Now that the comforter is on the bed, Thatch has abandoned my warm body for the plush coziness of a downycomforter. Stella, deciding my warm body was cozier trhan her Amazon carton, has replaced him. Annabelle seems happy with her princess pillow, so I'm happy.

At 10:00a.m., I have a session with my new student Ben, so I need a couple of hours to prepare for that. I would have preferred 11:00, but that 5-hour time difference plays real tricks with my mind. 3:00p.m. means 15:00 to Ben, and then my mind goes to pieces.

Today, Shelly and my niece and I are going over to my mom's around noon, and we'll be bringing Panda Express for lunch. We're going over there to set up my mom's artificial Christmas tree and to decorate her living room. Then, we'll play our regular Phase 10 later in the afternoon.
Have a good day, all!
-
Good morning.
-
We took the car seat to the next-door neighbors for their year-old baby. And the new booster seat from Target should be much easier for this grandma to buckle. It was practically an acrobatic feat to get the big kid buckled into the car seat.
-
And I'll wrap the remote-control cars for Christmas.
-
And that was all I bought on my Target shopping spree.
-
Good morning, all.
-
It's Friday, but we do NOT have a show tonight. Maybe I said this already? One of the cast was sick and we moved tonight's ticket holders to another night. And thank goodness, because my post-cold cough is still active. I thought I had nipped it in the bud last week and I've been good about tossing back the Robitussin, but this is one of those times it's persisting. So another day is good for me.
-
I'm sorry, DR ChasSmith, about your ASS-orted ailments.
-
Good morning, friends.
-
And others.
-
Maybe 'the others; should do some posting.
-
If I had my druthers,
I'd meet up with the others.

Good morning, all.

Very bad night of sleep. My feet again were warm and my upper body was shivering. I had dreams about helping the high school bridge special ed kids. They taught me a type of educational video game and I became obsessed with it.
-
Also, little consecutive spells of sleeping. I kept waking up.

Hoping this problem stops soon, John G.
The dream sounds nice, though, like you're connecting with students.

Friday morning greetings! We’re kind of snowed in today, expecting to be thoroughly snowed in by tomorrow afternoon. So much for the nice dinner out with Richard’s brother and his wife in Cincinnati.
-
Thank you to DR Rodzinski for the birthday wishes from last night!
-
DR George, the Michigan football coach was fired “for cause” on Wednesday. In my football opinion it’s no loss, but it’s a huge embarrassment to the university that I could do without.
-
Friday - with snow.
The streets are pretty clear but the drive & sidewalk are not. And since I don't have to go anywhere - they can stay that way.
Temperatures on Saturday & Sunday down to -7 degrees.
-
Feel better vibes for DR JOHN G & DR CHAS SMITH.
-
Driving vibes for MR BK.
We will have a meteor show Saturday and Sunday nights - but the driving thing might just be a seasonal happenstance.

Much easier. Was he still using a car seat in his own car?
-
And that was all I bought on my Target shopping spree.
You did well.

I was going to ask what your opinion of him as a couch is. It is a sad situation.
-
Feel better vibes for DR Chas and everyone not feeling great.
-
Bruce, I feel for you having to take that drive today in traffice. I am kind of glad I didn't like my first rheumatologist as she is on the other side of town and prefer the location of the doctor on my end. Really, the other side of town isn't that far.
-
I'm up, I'm up - about six hours of sleep.
-
I have one doctor in Portland that is kind of like a drive to Cedars is. Fortunately I only see her once a year.
-
Grandson still has a car seat in Daddy's car. But it was so difficult for me to get ours buckled with the retracting seat belt. I had such a hard time getting it long enough for him to get in the seat.
-
The back seat in my current car is quite small -- smaller than the last car. The base of the car seats is bigger than the allotted space for a person. Same with the booster seat. We'll see.
-
The next trip to Disneyland will be a pretty tight fit, I think. Whenever that may be.
-
My DH just called from the veggie stand. He's buying stuff for Sunday's Big Ass Church Salad.
-
I slipped and called it a Big Ass Salad in front of the preacher. He thought it was hilarious.

That's enough of me and my car seat/salad woes.

Indiana voted AGAINST redistricting with 10 Republicans joining all the Democrats against it.
I'm sure our magat governor Mike Braun will get a big slap down from Orange Face. And I expect ICE will be let loose in Indiana with a fervor.
Mike's mad and I'm glad.
And I know what will please him.
A bottle of wine to make him shine.
A bottle of ink to make him stink.
And a great big kiss from DONNIE!

I was curious at his age when the choice between the two is up to the parents. Children do seem to be staying in car seats longer these days.

DR George, the Michigan football coach was fired “for cause” on Wednesday. In my football opinion it’s no loss, but it’s a huge embarrassment to the university that I could do without.
Oh, no! :o
The “for cause” was despite being married with 3 kids, he was having an affair with his young staffer, who he allegedly stalked and threatened after she broke up with him. After which she went to the school to let them know what had happened. After which he broke into her house and threatened to kill himself with some kitchen knives and scissors.
-
Back from the eye doctor and all is well and he solved the mystery of the cramping or muscle contractions that are driving me batty. It's caused by one of the pills and the only thing that helps and helps a lot, apparently is - water. I don't drink it, but I'll damn well start now.
-
Drive there was a bit slow and I had to do a little BK detour that helped.
-
Drive back was tolerable and only made intolerable by idiot slow drivers.
-
Food should be on its way shortly.
-
And that's a good thing because - I'm STARVING.

That's great he had an answer for you. I know you need to drink plenty of water when you are taking prednisone. Vibes the water helps.

I figured it would be worse at that hour.

My cousin & her husband often go to Cedars and they liver really far away. There isn't anywhere close to them that is good so now they even drive there if they have to go to the ER.

His car is my old car, which has a LOT of miles on it. The car I have now is pretty low mileage. I'd rather take mine.

I forgot it was your old car. Your car is better to drive.

When we first moved to Ashland there was a car rental place withing ten minutes of our house. A few times we took advantage of of the great deals they offered and rented a car to drive to LA. We figured the cost of the rental more than compensated for the wear and tear on our car.
Those days of great deals are long gone.

Lesson: don't wait until the last moment - for insurance or taxes.

Nutcracker was most excellent tonight.

I got to be down by the stage. I was surprised at what good actors they were , especially Clara.

And the audience loved it.

Is that a hidden-title clue in that sentence?
-
Nutcracker was most excellent tonight.
Great to hear you had a good time!
-
I had the last half of a rather awful chicken Caesar wrap so I could take pill three. Earlier I had a small pastrami from Togo's.
-
That, at least, was tasty.
-
The wrap is a wrap and will never darken my door again.
-
Had to do an Instagram order - I would not be surprised if the fold. My last four orders have been delivered two to four hours past the promised time. They apologize but never make it right. The woman I was "chatting" with tonight said it's an epidemic - they can't get enough delivery people and are getting huge complaints daily.
-
Good night!

Page five?

How can we thrive?

Where's the drive.

But alive, but alive, but alive.

When does six arrive?

Do not deprive.

Do we derive?

Resemble a hive?

Not talkin' jive.
