I am a bit anxious this morning. Thatch is not feeling well, and that worries me.

I slept rather well, although the first four hours were restless, my stomach was acting up, and I thought I was getting sick. Around 1:00, everything settled down. Thatch and Annabelle stayed wth me, and I'm happy my restlessness didn't affect them.

Kitty cleanup is finished. Thatch has spent the last three hours lying on my bed. Before Kitty cleanup, I sat with him for a bit and ptted him. I gave him a few tummy rubs and he gave e kisses. I'm hoping this is just a one-day upset, but every time he goes through one of these, I worry that his heart is finally giving out, and it leave me terrified I'll lose him for good.

Totally understood. Sick or upset times in the cats was always disturbing for me, and of course you can't help but worry about Thatch at such times.

This morning has been hell. Thatch seems to prefer lying next to me, so when I finish cleaning off my work table, I will lie down with him for a little snooze. Annabelle has spent the morning yelling at me. Stella is the only one who seems content today.

George, thank you for the Liquid IV suggestion. I'll do some research. If the sugar free means artificial sugar than those are a definate no. I hate the taste, and aftertaste of sugar substitutes.

I do drink enough water.

The low carb part is good. I've been very good lately about not eating too many carbs, however, one of the side effects can be a craving for carbs. I suspect because they give false energy.

The main sweetener is allulose. I don't know if that's an artificial sweetener or not. :-\ They also use stevia.

I'll actually be busy, too. Monday, my housemate has a doctor's appointment in Lakewood and I might drive her. I have a much newer car.

Tomorrow, the Olympia chapter of PFLAG (https://pflag-olympia.org/events/) is having their 4th Annual Holiday Bazaar and my mom is contributing a couple of layer cakes again.

The automatic garage door opener in my mom's rental property was missing the remote control.

So, she went to a local garage door installer place and was able to buy a new remote for the brand of opener.

It's a Genie.

At some point, probably on Sunday, I just need to go back and program the new remote so that it opens the existing garage door opener.

It has some pretty comprehensive instructions, but hopefully, it's not too complicated. ::)
